What you can actually do here
Sessions are run by local instructors and cover both land and water. On land there is indoor archery, a climbing tower, orienteering, a night line, and guided day and night hikes into the Mournes. On the water you can try canoeing and kayaking on Carlingford Lough and the Newry Canal, banana boating and giant paddleboarding, plus guided wet bouldering for the more adventurous. There are saunas and hot tubs for afterwards. The centre says its activities are built to include everyone whatever their fitness, with alternatives offered, but it does not publish fixed minimum ages, so tell them the ages in your group when you book and they will advise what suits.
