I knew this place was full of things to do — castles and coastlines, forests and farms, soft plays and sandy beaches, big-name attractions and quiet local gems. The problem was never that they didn't exist. It was that nobody had ever pulled them all together properly. There was no single, simple place where a family could see everything and actually plan a day out.

So we built one. Days Out NI brings thousands of places to visit across every town and county into one easy website and app — with a live map, town and area guides, and what's on near you. Whatever the weather, whatever the ages, you should never be stuck for something to do in Northern Ireland again.

How it works

We're an independent, family-run project — not a big company. Every place is checked and added by hand, drawing on official council and tourism sources, genuine local knowledge, and tips from families like yours. It's a labour of love that grows and improves all the time, and it's free to use.
