You are kitted out in protective gear, handed a sledgehammer, and let loose on a room of breakable items. The smashables run from glass bottles to disused machinery. Broken material is cleared and recycled afterwards, so you just swing. It is a short, high-energy experience built around stress relief and novelty, not a day-long activity. There is a minimum age and supervision involved, so confirm the current age limit with the venue if you are planning to bring teenagers.
