Pick your game, all under one roof

The Mill runs several combat games across interconnecting indoor zones. Airsoft and paintball are the headline games, both from age 12, played through themed mission scenarios such as hostage breach and bank heist. Younger players and families lean toward nerf wars and the low-impact splat games, while axe throwing (16+) is there if you fancy something different. Each arena handles sizeable groups, and doorways link zones so larger parties can spread out. Staff give a full safety briefing and provide the markers and protective gear, so newcomers are looked after as much as regulars.

The story

About the venue

The Mill NI occupies the old Blackers Mill on Bleary Road, a former textile mill with parts of the building dating back centuries. It was converted into a large multi-arena indoor combat centre and opened in the late 2010s, founded by a young local entrepreneur, becoming one of the few indoor venues of its kind in Northern Ireland.

Today it's known as one of Ireland's largest indoor combat arenas, running airsoft, paintball, nerf and axe throwing across purpose-built mission zones — all weather-proof thanks to the fully indoor setting.
