Every hole is its own scrapyard scene

This is putter-and-ball adventure golf, not footgolf, played fully indoors across 21 themed holes plus a bonus hole. The whole course leans into a scrapyard look, with old vehicles, whiskey barrels and oddball props giving each hole a different challenge and a fresh thing to spot. One hole is split over two floors with a slide carrying you down between them, which tends to be the bit kids talk about afterwards. Up to five can play a hole together, so it handles a full family or a group of mates. Little ones can join in (under-12s need an adult with them), and the pace is yours to set as you work round.

The story

About the course

Scrapyard Golf opened in its current form in 2022 as a family-run indoor adventure golf course, billed as one of the world's craziest indoor golf experiences with all 21 holes uniquely themed.

The building has a long leisure history in Glengormley, having operated as Romano's Ballroom in the 1950s and 60s and later as Leisureworld, and today the golf shares the complex with a recently upgraded 16-lane bowling alley and arcade.
