What you can actually do here

The fitness classes are the walk-in draw, running Cardio Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, Bodytone, Cardio Dance and a Nifty Fifties session for over-50s. The 3G pitch handles soccer, hockey and Gaelic training, and the three-court hall covers five-a-side, netball, volleyball, basketball and gymnastics for booked groups. Families can use the play area beside the centre, and birthday party packages are available.
