What they brew

The lineup spans modern, hop-forward IPAs, smooth stouts and crisp lagers, alongside more unusual barrel-aged beers aged in oak that previously held wine. The brewery deliberately experiments with blending and historical techniques to bridge the gap between beer and wine. Gluten-free choices and limited releases round out the range. The team say they release a beer when it's ready rather than to a schedule, prioritising clarity, balance and drinkability.

The story

About Our Brewery

Our Brewery launched in 2022 as a fermentation project from the team behind Geterbrewed, the Randalstown home-brew and microbrewery supply business. Jonathan and Deborah Mitchell have been part of the north's craft beer scene for more than a decade, a story that started with home-brewing kits in the attic of their Antrim home.

The brewery describes itself as fermentation-led, experimenting with brewing and blending techniques that bridge beer and wine, including barrel-ageing in ex-wine oak casks. The range has been recognised for quality across both cans and bottles through independent judging, and is stocked in Tesco and selected hospitality venues across Northern Ireland.
