Climbing as part of a supervised programme

The indoor wall stands 13m and is climbed on ropes with centre instructors running the session, so no experience or kit of your own is needed. There is an outdoor climbing wall too, plus high and low ropes courses and abseiling for groups wanting more height and variety. Because it is staff-led, it suits first-timers and school-age groups working through a programme rather than independent climbers training on their own. Minimum ages and group ratios are set by the centre, so confirm those when you book.

What to bring

  • 📱A booking, or a planMost walls want you registered or booked in; crags want your route picked and someone told.
