Two hours, all yours

The booking is not a shared seat. You get exclusive use of the sauna for the full two hours, which is longer than the 45 to 60 minutes most sea saunas run. That length is the point: it gives you room to go hot, cool off properly in the lake or under a cold shower, rest, and repeat without watching the clock.

Good to know before you go:

Every session is private hire by default, so the sauna is booked as a whole rather than by the seat. If the calendar does not show a time that suits, you can email your preferred dates and group size and ask.

The story

Part of something bigger

The sauna is one piece of Corralea, an outdoor centre beside Lough Macnean that also runs self-catering cottages and other activities. That is why the sauna often turns up bundled into an overnight stay rather than sold purely as a standalone hour.

It also explains the format. Two hours of exclusive lakeside use is a different proposition from a £20 seat on a beach. This is the one you book when you want the water, the woods and the quiet, and you are willing to drive west to get them.
