On a guided tour you paddle out from Ballintoy harbour along the foot of the Causeway Coast cliffs, into sea caves and around stacks, with stretches near the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge on the longer routes. No kayaking experience is needed — a local guide leads the whole way and handles safety.
