The sauna is its own business with its own booking system, so book with The Sweat Box directly rather than through the park. The park's own activities are a separate thing entirely, run by separate people, and your sauna slot does not include them. There is parking on site.
Alongside the shared sessions you can take the full sauna privately for an hour at £80, which suits a birthday, a club or a group of friends who would rather not share the benches.
