The arena has several sand-based grass pitches, an athletics field, and a multi-use games area that takes a range of sports. There is a 1400m trim trail for running or walking a loop, an indoor training area, a strength and conditioning room, and a pavilion with team changing rooms and catering facilities. It is a club and training venue first.

If your day out is an athletics session, a football match or a run round the trim trail, this is the place. If you were hoping for a pool, head to Cookstown Leisure Centre instead.
