Every session is instructor-led. They teach you the grip and the throw, keep the lane safe and run friendly competitions once everyone has the basics. Sessions are 60 minutes. With three lanes and 30 places, it works well for stag and hen parties, work nights out and birthday groups, though a large booking may be spread across more than one lane. This is an adult-leaning activity: nobody under 16 can throw, and 16 to 17 year olds must be booked in with an adult who co-signs their waiver.
