Two pools

The main pool is 25 metres over six lanes and carries lane swimming, lessons, galas and public sessions. The 20-metre learner pool is shallower and warmer, dedicated to lessons in term time but opening up for families and younger swimmers at set times, mainly across the weekend.

About Larne Leisure Centre

Larne Leisure Centre runs the town's swimming, with a 25-metre six-lane main pool and a separate 20-metre learner pool for younger swimmers. The kids' pool is the family draw, shallow and warm for building confidence, while the main pool covers lessons, clubs and public swims. A health suite and glass-walled poolside showers round out a recently upgraded building. It is run by Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.
