The headline is a 21-hole indoor mini golf course (plus a bonus hole) laid out over two floors, with themed holes, a walk-through ambulance, hanging planes and a slide linking the levels. StrikeYard's bowling adds 16 lanes, capped at six players per lane. There is also a sports simulator for football, golf, rugby and bowling, plus crazy pool, darts and a redemption arcade with machines from 10p. The mini golf welcomes all ages with under-12s accompanied; bowling, the simulator and pool suit older children, teens and adults. Each activity is ticketed separately, so you build your own visit rather than pay one all-in price.

The story

About the venue

ScrapYard Golf is a family-run indoor mini golf venue in Glengormley, opened in 2022 and operated by Brilliant Balls Ltd. The 21-hole course was developed with award-winning designers, with each hole themed differently across two floors.

The site has a long entertainment history, having been Romanos Ballroom in the 1950s and 60s and later Leisureworld. StrikeYard bowling, with its 16 upgraded lanes, was added in 2025 to sit alongside the golf.
