What you get to ride
The park packs in half pipes, jump boxes and a jib area laid out for fun and for less experienced riders to build confidence. The standout is the RESI ramp with its foam pit, a soft landing setup that lets you practise flips and spins without the fear of a hard fall. Riders of every level share the space across the session, from kids on their first scooter to skaters and BMXers working real tricks.

Getting there
Thunder Park is at Eddie Irvine Sports, 41 Balloo Road, Bangor BT19 7PG, Co. Down. On-site at Eddie Irvine Sports. Tap below for directions.
Thunder Park was built as a purpose-made indoor training and recreation space for action sports, sitting inside the Eddie Irvine Sports centre on the Balloo Road in Bangor. Northern Ireland has very few indoor parks, so a big staffed space with hire kit, coaching and a foam pit gives local riders somewhere to learn and progress right through the winter.
