The bowling itself

9th Avenue gives Enniskillen its only ten-pin lanes, in the Scaffog Business Centre off the Sligo Road. You can pay per person for a ten-frame game, roughly £3.50 to £5, or book a whole lane by the hour for a group of up to eight. They run children's birthday parties that include a game, food such as goujons, sausages, burgers or pizza, and jugs of juice, with a brownie-and-ice-cream add-on if you want it. We could not source the exact number of lanes or confirm whether bumpers and lightweight balls are offered for young children, so check both with the venue before you go — most alleys do put bumpers up on request.

The story

About the venue

9th Avenue opened its Enniskillen site at the Scaffog Business Centre on the Sligo Road, combining ten-pin bowling lanes with a pizza restaurant and café under one roof. It is the town's own bowling alley, and the operator also runs a venue in Omagh.
